Entry into the traffic engineering and automotive industry
Since October 2024, Thaddäus Buchholz has been supporting the MTC team as a working student in the field of design and development. His passion for traffic engineering and the automotive industry stems from his desire to actively contribute to the further development of safe and reliable technologies. The importance of this sector to everyday life motivates him to take on responsibility and help shape innovative solutions.
Responsibilities at MTC
In his role at MTC, Thaddäus is involved in a wide range of tasks. He works on system and component development, creates CAD models, and utilizes 3D printing technologies. He is also involved in project planning and research. Another important aspect of his work is the in-field maintenance of the Auto2Scan systems. When needed, he also supports production, thus contributing to the smooth implementation of the company's projects.
Participation in innovative projects
A particular highlight of his time at MTC so far has been his involvement in the ZIM research project. This forward-looking project aims to further develop the processing of the company's proprietary polymer fiber and thus sustainably increase production efficiency. Thaddäus finds working on innovative projects like this one particularly enriching.
Corporate culture and work environment
Besides the exciting technical work, he particularly appreciates the company culture at MTC. The friendly working atmosphere and the opportunity to flexibly organize his tasks and working hours make his daily work pleasant and motivating.
Leisure and personal interests
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, whether cooking together, playing sports, or taking trips into nature. When he needs peace and quiet, he relaxes with a good book or watches films and documentaries.
A look into the future
Thaddäus hopes that in the future MTC will continue to implement innovative projects that not only delight customers but also have a positive impact on everyday safety.
