MTC successfully participates in Training Day 2025 in Ankara
Move Move & Traffic Controls GmbH (MTC), as a key supplier of MAN, participated in the Supplier Quality Training Day 2025 in Ankara. Our representative, Osman Coban, received a certificate of participation during the two-day program and gained valuable technical and strategic insights into MAN's current quality and procurement guidelines.
The event focused on MAN's clear commitment to further developing its collaboration with suppliers – moving away from purely transactional processes towards strategic, long-term partnerships . This perspective underscores the importance of close cooperation and joint development beyond traditional supplier relationships.
Key content of the training
The procurement and supplier quality assurance (SQA) teams from Poland, Munich, and Turkey presented current requirements and development goals for collaboration with key suppliers. MTC is one of these approximately 70 strategic partners.

Insights into vehicle testing
On the second day, MAN offered a practical insight on the test track:
A public transport electric bus and a Tourliner were tested under realistic loads – including on challenging bumpy sections. The tests impressively demonstrated the mechanical stresses that modern buses must withstand without compromising safety-critical components.
