Sandra Ickenroth started her professional career as a travel agent. After a detour to retail, she deliberately decided to start a new start in traffic technology. "I wanted to reorient myself professionally and do something that fulfills me in the long term," she explains. The step to MTC was a decision for her that she did not regret.
Responsibility in production - precise, reliable and versatile
At MTC, Sandra works as a production employee in production and takes on several key tasks. It is not only responsible for soldering components, but also takes care of customs processing and various activities in the area of warehouse and logistics .
Their work is characterized by high precision and reliability. She is particularly proud that the products she manufactured are in use worldwide - be it in underbody control systems or in vehicles such as the trams of Berlin. "It is a great feeling to see your own devices in everyday life and know that you contribute something to security and efficiency," she reports.
