“Together we are strong” – With this motto, Sandra Ickenroth not only sums up her personal attitude, but also the team philosophy of Move & Traffic Controls (MTC). Since January 2023, she has enriched our company and, with her versatility, demonstrates how important dedicated employees are for a company's success.
A new beginning with prospects
Sandra Ickenroth began her career as a travel agent. After a stint in retail, she consciously chose a new beginning in transportation technology. "I wanted to reorient myself professionally and do something that would fulfill me in the long term," she explains. Her move to MTC was a decision she hasn't regretted.
Responsibility in production – precise, reliable and versatile
At MTC, Sandra works as a production employee in manufacturing, where she takes on several key tasks. She is not only responsible for soldering components, but also handles customs clearance and various tasks in the warehouse and logistics .
Her work is characterized by high precision and reliability. She is particularly proud that the products she manufactures are used worldwide – whether in underbody control systems or in vehicles like Berlin's trams. "It's a great feeling to see your own devices in everyday use and to know that you're contributing to safety and efficiency," she says.
