Since the founding of Move & Traffic Controls GmbH on May 11, 1999, Kerstin Fricke has been a driving force behind the company's success. With her responsibility for purchasing, production, accounting and shipping, she is the backbone of the logistical processes. Together with three other partners Kerstin Fricke founded the company with a clear goal in mind: to develop innovative technologies for traffic safety and bring them to market. As one of the four founding members - each with a specific focus in the areas of management, development, sales and logistics - they created the "four pillars" of the company and thus laid the basis for long-term success. In 2003, MTC was even named “Founding Champion” by the state of Berlin – proof of the innovative strength and success of the company with their involvement.

For Kerstin Fricke MTC's success is primarily thanks to the team. As an enthusiastic supporter of her hometown club Bruchmühle, she is not only regularly on the sidelines, but has also managed to get MTC as a sponsor for the 2nd men's team. Her commitment to the club shows how much she cares about the well-being of others - both in her private and professional environment. She simply enjoys making others happy - a quality that is reflected in both her job and her free time.
