From public transport to traffic engineering – A path full of passion

Since November 2021, Alexandra Ulbrich has been bringing her passion for public transport to MTC's internal sales team. Her work focuses on maintaining customer relationships and supporting the field sales force – always with an open ear for customer concerns. Personal introduction

My name is Alexandra Ulbrich and I have been working in sales administration at MTC since November 2021. I came to the transportation technology industry rather by chance – but as a committed user of public transportation, the topic immediately fascinated me.

Daily work routine and responsibilities

My main responsibilities at MTC include maintaining our customer base and processing customer inquiries. I prepare quotes and order confirmations, support our sales representatives, and handle customer complaints.

Successes and projects

I am particularly proud that we as a team were able to successfully maintain our ISO9001 certification. That was an important milestone for all of us at MTC.

Team and company culture

What I particularly appreciate about MTC's corporate culture are the short decision-making processes and the open, honest communication. Employee appreciation isn't just a buzzword here; it's genuinely practiced.

Personal insights

In my free time, I like to relax with outdoor fitness in the park – for me, this is the perfect balance to my everyday work life.
