From public transport to traffic technology – a path full of passion

Since November 2021, Alexandra Ulbrich has been bringing her passion for local public transport to MTC's internal sales department. Your work revolves around maintaining customer relationships and supporting the field service - always with an open ear for customer concerns. Personal introduction

My name is Alexandra Ulbrich and I have been working in internal sales at MTC since November 2021. I got into the transport technology industry by chance - but as a committed user of public transport, I was immediately enthusiastic about the topic.

Everyday working life and responsibilities

My main tasks at MTC include maintaining our customer base and processing customer inquiries. I create offers and order confirmations, supervise our field staff and take care of complaint processing.

Achievements and projects

I am particularly proud that we as a team were able to successfully maintain our ISO9001 certification. This was an important milestone for all of us at MTC.

Team and corporate culture

What I particularly appreciate about the corporate culture at MTC is the short decision-making processes and the open, honest cooperation. Appreciating employees is not just a slogan here, but is actually lived.

Personal insights

In my free time, I like to relax with outdoor fitness in the park - for me that's the perfect balance to my everyday working life.

Future version

In the future, I would like our products to become even better known so that even more passengers can benefit from our solutions.
