A quarter of a century of Move & Traffic Controls: A truly exceptional anniversary
On June 19, 2024 Move & Traffic Controls GmbH celebrated its 25th anniversary – a significant milestone that was commemorated with a grand celebration. The festivities began at 3:00 p.m. in the decorated company premises, where friends, business partners, and families of the MTC team gathered to celebrate this special day together.
Colorful decorations and a warm welcome
Guests were greeted at the entrance by a sea of blue and yellow balloons, the signature colors of Move & Traffic Controls. A spectacular highlight was the giant "25" made of helium balloons, placed in the center of the room.

Culinary delights and lively conversations
The celebration offered a variety of culinary stations, ensuring there was something for everyone. From lavish buffet tables and a coffee corner to a slushie machine, guests could enjoy a wide range of treats. It was a perfect blend of relaxed socializing and lively conversation, where both business topics and personal stories were shared.
A sporty touch
A special feature of the evening was the public viewing area, set up for the second group match of the European Championship, in which Germany was playing. This area became a meeting point as the evening progressed, where family and friends of the MTC team gathered to watch and cheer on the football together.
Promotional material and gifts
At the entrance, we also presented our new promotional material in the company colors. Guests could enjoy a selection of gym bags, mugs, dog carriers, and pens – all practical and stylish mementos of the anniversary.
A day to remember
The meticulous planning and preparation, which spanned several weeks, undoubtedly paid off. It was a celebration that not only honored the achievements of Move & Traffic Controls, but also the strong community the company has built over the years.

Looking back: What has been MTC's greatest success in the last 25 years?
Our greatest success is undoubtedly our continuous growth over the past 25 years in an increasingly complex environment. We have successfully established ourselves as a brand in our core markets.
Innovation: Which product are you particularly proud of?
Two products particularly come to mind: Firstly, our TrafficonLine, a door monitoring system developed to ensure passenger safety when boarding and alighting buses and trains, and one of the most innovative of its kind. Secondly, our auto²scanvehicle underbody inspection system, used in safety-critical facilities, which has made us one of the world's leading companies in this field.
Future: What is MTC's next big goal?
If I had to summarize the goal in one sentence, it would be to continue as successfully as before for the next 25 years.
Customer satisfaction: How important is customer feedback for your development?
Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, which is why we align all our quality processes with it. With us, the customer truly still comes first.
Team: What do you value most about your team?
I particularly appreciate the team's willingness to face new and growing challenges every day, to constantly develop themselves personally and professionally, and their respectful interaction with one another.
